How IDEA Public Schools Helps New Teachers Learn in the Flow of Work

or

About this event

As a leading non-for-profit charter school operator, IDEA Public Schools is focused on driving the right results for over 70,000 students in Texas, Southern Louisiana, and Florida. But to do that, IDEA first needs to offer tailored and responsive learning for every one of its 11,000 staff members, including the 1,200-1,500 new teachers IDEA welcomes on board each year.

So, how does IDEA give these new teachers the support they need to make a positive impact for every one of their students? The answer: by enabling people to learn in the flow of work with collaborative learning. With 360Learning, IDEA can leverage its rich pool of subject-matter experts to design bite-sized impactful courses new teachers can take anytime, anywhere.

This workflow learning gives IDEA’s teams the flexibility and freedom to complete training on their own terms, driving greater course completion rates and learner engagement. And in a rapidly changing educational landscape, IDEA can quickly adjust and update new teacher training courses to stay current with new developments and offer a relevant, peer-driven onboarding experience.
