Following on from our introduction to using the FreeStyle Libre 2 system in the care home, assisted living and wider community team, we warmly welcome you to Part 2.

The aim of this session is to provide you with all the information you will need to confidently respond and take action when reviewing your patients' glucose levels.

This 1 hour session will provide you with a basic understanding of:

  • What information the FreeStyle Libre 2 system give your patients.
  • How to review the different information screens and reports.
  • When to seek further advice from the GP or specialist HCP.
