About this event
Do you work in a care home setting, as part of the wider community team, or the district nursing team, and interact with diabetic patients? If you are, join us for a 1 hour session designed especially for you. This is Part 1 of two that will give an overview on the FreeStyle Libre 2 glucose monitoring system.
This session will cover:
- How to apply a sensor and check glucose levels.
- How to effectively use the optional glucose alarms.
- How to share glucose data remotely with the wider care team supporting your patients - so that there is better coordination of patient care by you and your Care Team.
