ACO Technologies invites you to their event

Manchester: “Healthy connection to habitat”

About this event

Evidence shows us there is a link between nature and human health and wellbeing. A ‘natural health service’ approach is becoming part of a doctor’s prescription options instead of a reliance on medication.

Recent events have shown us how important access to nature, trees and greenspace is for people’s physical and mental health and highlighted the need to design nature into new developments and retrofit greenspace and nature into existing urban environments. Making them readily accessible for all citizens.

This session with explore;

  • The connection between our health and nature and how prescriptions are changing
  • What the public perception is towards natural systems and who is responsible for their success
  • How Biodiversity Nett Gains and wellbeing are interlinked and how they can benefit communities
