Applying Open Source Principles to Your Operations

About this event

William Cordis, Director of Business Operations at Red Hat, runs his operations with an open source mentality. That means ideas and execution matter— not formal hierarchy.

Cordis has been with Red Hat for 14 years— from 1,600 employees when he joined through the IBM acquisition. In this session, Cordis will discuss why an open source philosophy is critical in hypergrowth environments, and how it has helped him grow in his operations career.

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions for the final 10 minutes of Q&A.

This event is suggested for professionals in all operations departments looking to expand their careers.
