So many operations professionals understand the pain of trying to implement a process that works across all departments— only to have it not adopted by one. Challenges and priorities vary from department to department, and it is difficult to "make everyone happy".
During this session, Sarah and May will draw on their experience in operations both from a COO and Consultant lense to share best practices for overcoming the many challenges associated with inter-departmental change management. Attendees will walk away with new strategies to tackle these issues, and an understanding of how to prevent them altogether.
