Une plénière d’ouverture avec la direction générale (AFD), Johannes Linn (Scaling Community of Practice - SCoP) et un représentant de l’OCDE-DAC,
Un panel international pour confronter les points de vue de bailleurs, Banques publiques de développement et praticiens sur les conditions de passage à l’échelle,
Un groupe de travail sur l’opérationnalisation de l’agenda du “scaling”

The development community will be meeting at AFD for a high-level event dedicated to scaling up broad-based and sustainable impact. Join us for a morning that will make the ambition of scaling up a shared imperative.
Two weeks ahead of the FFD4 conference in Seville, this international meeting will highlight the ‘scaling’ approach as a response to the current crisis in funding for international partnerships.
The morning programme includes
An opening plenary session with AFD senior management, Johannes Linn (Scaling Community of Practice - SCoP) and an OECD-DAC representative,
An international panel to compare the points of view of donors, public development banks and practitioners on the conditions for scaling up,
A working group on the operationalisation of the scaling agenda.
