In this session Tom Teixeira will explore the various methodologies and tools that can be used to help foster resilience throughout an organisation by focusing on improvements to governance systems. We will discuss early warning systems that act to keep organisations resilient, with an emphasis on the development and utilisation of key risk indicators and horizon scanning processes and how AI can be used to support these processes to improve efficiency.

We will also discuss the benefits of an integrated risk and resilience dashboard and how this can be set up effectively within an organisation to present the most important risk information to key stakeholders.
