Day 2: The Ajax product line & system setup

Available for South Asia, ASEAN, and Oceania.

Upon completion of the Certification Course, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the Intrusion Protection product group confidently. This will enable them to deliver advice, select appropriate equipment, and ensure precise installations for end-users.

This lecture covers the following:

• Range of products. A brief overview of Ajax hardware products.
• Preparation for installation. From analyzing potential vulnerabilities to testing radio signals.
• System configuration. Add Hub and device, create group, and test detection zones.
• User Accounts. Differences between an end user account and a PRO account, as well as the creation and protection of new user accounts.
• Hub Settings. Organize user permissions, configure central station connection, automatic and geographic arming/disarming, device polling intervals, etc.
• Device Settings. Set-up delays, siren reactions, interconnected fire alarms, and temporary remote deactivation.
