Day 2: The Ajax product line & system setup | Sub-Saharan Africa

About this event

Upon Certification Course completion, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently navigate the Intrusion Protection product group, enabling them to deliver advice, select appropriate equipment, and ensure precise installations for end-users.

This lecture covers the following:

  • Range of products. A brief overview of Ajax hardware products.
  • Preparation for installation. From analyzing potential vulnerabilities to testing radio signals.
  • System configuration. Add Hub and device, create group, and test detection zones.
  • User Accounts. Differences between an end user account and a PRO account, creation and protection of new user accounts.
  • Hub Settings. Organize user permissions, configure central station connection, automatic and geographic arming/disarming, device polling intervals, etc.
  • Device Settings. Set-up delays, siren reactions, interconnected fire alarms, and temporary remote deactivation.
