We are proud to support the next generation of blockchain talent with the launch of our Intern at the Foundation program! Our internship program is open to bright and enthusiastic undergraduate and graduate students from all over the world.
Every summer we offer rewarding internship opportunities in a variety of technical and non-technical fields remotely and in selected Algorand Foundation Offices. The internship roles are paired with valuable mentoring sessions with our leadership team and educational programming to help you reach the career goals you are aspiring to achieve.

Doro Unger-Lee is the Head of Education and Inclusion at Algorand Foundation. Doro manages all NGO relationships, education programs, university engagements and financial inclusion efforts as part of the impact team efforts at the Foundation.
Thabani Vythilingam is a Market Risk Analyst at the South African Reserve Bank. She has a Master’s degree in Financial and Investment Management Sciences, is a CFA Level II candidate, and is currently enrolled for an MBA with the University of London. Thabani was awarded a scholarship by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Milken Institute to participate in the 2022 cohort of their Capital Markets Program (CMP) in Washington D.C. Through the CMP program, she was interning in the Market Analytics and Research division of the Algorand Foundation.
Can is a firm believer that blockchain technologies will replace many underlying infrastructures that we have in place. He first got involved with crypto by working at the first stablecoin of Turkey, BiLira where he had the benefit of working with many local crypto projects in Turkey, along with many financial corporations ranging from commercial banks to regulators, etc. His interest in the blockchain industry kept growing over the years and after some time, became his main focus. After having worked at BiLira, he interned at PwC Strategy& as a consulting intern, and later on joined Algorand Foundation as a Web 3 Ecosystem Associate. His main goal is to increase the number of wallets, transactions, projects, and TVL in the Algorand Ecosystem.
