Future Fest 2023: How to Tell Stories — So You Can Get Better Clients

With Nikita Morell and Ayo Abbas

Buildings don’t speak for themselves — they need you to tell their story. In this presentation, A+Awards jurors Ayo Abbas & Nikita Morell explore how you can use the power of storytelling to get better clients. More specifically, they’ll focus on how to tell the story of your firm, your projects, and your design process. You’ll walk away with actionable advice that you can immediately apply to your firm’s website, proposals, award submissions, and more. They’ll also share lots of examples so you can see their tips, tricks, and techniques applied in real life.

During this talk you’ll learn:

  • Why storytelling for architecture firms should be part of your marketing.
  • How to tell your story and apply it to find better clients.
  • How to craft stories around your origin, process and projects.
  • Hints, tips and writing techniques to help you create and share engaging stories.
