Ema is the principle of Ema Peter Photography. In the past 10 years, she has worked with some of the largest architectural, interior design and engineering firms in North America. Ema’s photography has helped many of these firms reach award-winning status. Her images have been published in Architectural Digest, Objekt International, Dwell, Wired, New York Times and many more. Ema holds a master's degree in art and applied photography from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, as well as a PhD in Photojournalism.
Studio VDGA, founded in the year 2003 by Principal Architect Deepak Gugarii, is a nuanced architecture design studio based out of INDIA. A versatile design style, tied by the common thread of immaculate detailing and soul-enriching experiences, is the studio’s domain. They believe that perceptive design can invoke a feeling so intense that it can alter the sensory experiences of the users.
Exploring newer realms in design and expression has been studio’s forte. Works of the studio have been widely published, awarded and recognized in the best architectural, hospitality and travel forums worldwide. Over 70 national, international awards and accolades of high repute have further acknowledged studio’s efforts.
Hannah Feniak is Architizer’s Managing Editor. A trained art historian and educator focusing on architecture, urbanism and photography, Hannah graduated from McGill University and received her MA at NYU, where she later completed a PhD in modern architectural history and theory. When she’s not leading our talented team of writers and interviewing the industry’s most innovative designers, Hannah will likely be found exploring the latest exhibition openings.
