About Klaas Hofman

Klaas started working for MVRDV in 2008 as an architect and was appointed as a senior associate in 2017. He is a strong conceptual designer leading a wide variety of architectural and urban projects. As a project leader, Klaas is responsible for the Almere 2.0 vision, Almere Oosterwold and Almere Floriade World Expo, the winning competition designs for Ku.Be House of Movement in Copenhagen and the Ragnarock Museum in Roskilde (both completed in 2016), and the Zaandam Cultural Cluster. “The great quality of MVRDV is the ongoing sense of curiosity that drives the ambition to create something new and innovative. It allows me to work on a great variety of projects that are always surprising, challenging, inspiring and motivating.” 

About Hannah Feniak

Hannah Feniak is Architizer’s Managing Editor. A trained art historian and educator focusing on architecture, urbanism and photography, Hannah graduated from McGill University and received her MA at NYU, where she later completed a PhD in modern architectural history and theory. When she’s not leading our talented team of writers and interviewing the industry’s most innovative designers, Hannah will likely be found exploring the latest exhibition openings.
