Healthier Together for Healthcare Professionals : Supporting Children, Young People and Families

Healthier Together is a nationally NHS-endorsed website designed to support young people, parents, carers and pregnant women and birthing people, and healthcare professionals with clear, trusted information about common childhood health needs. 

Aimed at young people, parents, carers and pregnant women and birthing people, it provides information on common childhood health needs, when and where to seek help and locally available services. Clinicians can signpost families to Healthier Together during consultations or include the link in follow up information. During the webinar, we will:

• Demonstrate key features of the Healthier Together website, including clinical pathways and patient information resources
• Explore how the platform can be used in day-to-day practice to support clinical decision-making and safety netting
• Answer questions and discuss how Healthier Together can be used within your own service.
• This session is open to all healthcare professionals across South East London.
