This session is designed for leaders across primary care. We’ll explore practical strategies to support patients positively embrace the switch to total triage, share real-world experiences from practices that have navigated different approaches, and discuss how to collaborate effectively with Patient Participation Groups (PPGs). The webinar will also focus on engaging the entire practice team, and leveraging the wider workforce to ensure successful roll-out of total triage.
