Mgr. Danka Sekerková: „When students reach certain level of English the progress is slower which might discourage some of them and make them quit classes. Show you students path which will guide them step by step to their objectives of being fluent and independent user of English language. Such steps are detailly described in Global Scale of English (GSE) and allow teachers to measure learner progress more accurately and easily. Other way to encourage students is to introduce in-between levels coursebook which fill in quite a large gape especially between the level intermediate and upper-intermediate and advanced and proficiency. You will learn more about above mentions tools during this seminar."

Danka studied English and French at Charles University and she has 12 years of work experience in teaching. She has also worked as a language auditor and presented methodology workshops for fellow teachers. Now she works as a methodological consultant and a teacher trainer.
