Climate Action Member Showcase: Reducing Waste

About this event

To reach net-zero, we also need to change the way we make and use products, materials, and food. 45% of emissions associated with industry, agriculture, and land use can't be addressed by the energy transition but rely on adoption of circular business models for retail products: eliminating waste and pollution reduces greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain; circulating products and materials retains their embodied energy; and regenerating nature sequesters carbon in soil and products.

This webinar highlights BRC Climate Action Roadmap Showcase 2023 Commended members awarded for their achievements in eliminating waste through repair, redistribution and refurbishment.
