British Retail Consortium invites you to their event

The Store Of The Future (Is Here!)

About this event

Digital has fundamentally altered consumer expectations across all touchpoints, including the role of physical stores, and the Covid-19 pandemic has also accelerated the overall shift towards digital technologies. Today’s consumers are not just looking for products; they want experiences, both online and in physical stores. Consumers expect retailers to deliver the same product assortment, product information and rapid delivery in-store that they get online. To remain competitive, retailers must invest in digital store technologies that improve both customer experiences and store operations.

During this virtual event, we will be discussing how digital in-store technology and innovation creates value for both customers and retailers by:

  • Providing a personalised shopping experience
  • Optimising store operations and productivity
  • Enhancing the in-store customer experience

We are delighted to be joined by:

·       Jennifer Roebuck, Chief Customer Officer at Ted Baker, and
