    Shélynn Riel Educational Consultant

    Shélynn Riel is a professional development consultant and facilitator, and co-creator of The Teacher Think-Aloud Podcast. She has served as an ESOL instructor for over a decade, a program coordinator in both university and community-based programs, and an English Language Fellow in Argentina with the U.S. Department of State. Her current interests include intercultural competence, curriculum development, and decolonial ethics in the language classroom.

    Nadine Muschette Curriculum Developer and Programme Delivery Specialist @ Feminine Influence Finishing School

    Dr Nadine Muschette is a Jamaican, UK Commonwealth Scholar, career educator and glocal citizen. She has lived – studied, worked in the Americas, Europe and Asia including Japan, Hong Kong and Azerbaijan. From her global sojourn she came to value languages and developed research interest in the global positioning of the English language which translated into her ground breaking thesis which explored the experiences and perspectives of Jamaican English language teaching professionals in Japan on the concept and enactment of glocal citizenship education. Dr Nadine’s own education has been global. She completed teacher training and a media degree from top ranking Jamaican and Caribbean regional institutions, she pursued a masters at the prestigious UCL IOE in London and a PhD in the faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong. She is currently preparing to publish her PhD thesis as book.

    Erin Shaw Hernandez is an experienced TESOL professional with expertise ranging from teaching in the classroom to owning and operating an accredited language school. She received a MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing. She currently teaches and offers private consulting for language teachers and programs through her company Larchmere Language Services https://larchmerelanguages.com/.

    Khanh-Duc Kuttig EFL Instructor @ University of Siegen

    Khanh-Duc has an MA in TESOL from Canterbury Christchurch University and has been teaching English since 1995. Currently in the Department of English at the University of Siegen, she teaches a range of language courses which she assesses creatively, often encouraging more learner autonomy, engagement and creativity at the same time. She is Events Coordinator for ELTA-Rhine, IATEFL’s Teacher Training and Education SIG as well as Newsletter Co-editor for TESOL’s Teacher Educator Interest Section. Last but not least, she is the 2021 TESOL/NGL Teacher of the Year.
