BTC Embedded Systems invites you to their event

Efficient Test of AUTOSAR Models in Embedded Coder

About this event

The AUTOSAR standard brings great benefits to embedded software development projects in the area of software architecture handling. However, it also brings some challenges in the area of software unit test and software integration test.

One reason is the fact that the standard contains several communication mechanisms like Client/Server-Interfaces or RTE-Status information which require a special handling during software unit test. This is in particular the case for Model-based Development projects, where these interfaces often require a special modeling style and also need to be accessible on model and code level.

In this free Webinar we will show you how these special interfaces are implemented in Simulink and Mathworks Embedded Coder and how to access them efficiently for testing on model and code level.

Starting with an AUTOSAR .arxml file with multiple Runnables, we will show you how to:

  1. Automatically generate an AUTOSAR frame model and connect your algorithm to the AUTOSAR interface elements
  2. Generate AUTOSAR compliant production code
  3. Automatically generate a frame model to address topics like scheduling and Client/Server communication
  4. Automatically create a test project which allows to perform a unit test on single runnables as well as an integration test of the overall system
  5. Create test cases and seamlessly run them on model (MIL) and code level (SIL)
  6. Analyse code coverage and perform debugging on the Simulink model and on the C Code
