Mr. Florian Grundböck has an extensive background in chemistry. He was employed as a chemical laboratory technician for three years, before taking on the role of a food analyst in the Gas Chromatography Department of the Canton of Zurich. He went on to complete a B.Sc. in Food and Beverage Technology at ZHAW, Wädenswil. After a brief stay at the EFZ as a course instructor for laboratory technician, he co-founded Deux Frères Spirits in 2015 and has been there since then.
