    Allen Porter is General Manager, Enghouse Insights. Allen brings a wealth of experience to his role: providing strategic leadership, operations planning, management, and driving the product strategy for the newly formed business unit. Allen joined Enghouse through the acquisition of Survox and was running the Survox customer success teams for several years. During his time at Survox, Allen implemented many strategic product and customer initiatives, helping Survox establish itself as one of the key data collection software providers in the US. Prior to Survox, Allen spent over 15 years as Director, Fieldwork Technology at Maritz, one of Survox’s largest platform customers. Today with his more than 25 years of experience in market research he is heading Enghouse Insights.
