She utilizes her 30+ years of experience in finance to work with cannabis businesses on financial plans, business modeling, transaction support, and strategic advisory. Through Grand Consulting, Gail has advised 40 plant-touching and ancillary companies in 13 states. For four years, Rand was Co-founder, CFO, and Patient Advocate for ForwardGro, the first cultivation licensee in Maryland. Rand has been a parent advocate on behalf of her son, who has epilepsy & autism and played an integral role in helping to pass the legislation in Maryland for the medical cannabis program.
