    Kevin's background is in Optical engineering (system design, testing, alignment, measurement and verification), electronic engineering (circuit verification, modification and testing), software development (top-down systems design and data analysis tools), mechanical engineering (test bed design, fabrication and procurement) and documentation (creating, proofing and correcting technical design documents). He has over 20 years working in the International space industries working on both the operations and research and development sides and has previously held NATO secret clearence.

Jim's mission is to increase the scalability and cost-effectiveness of getting to space, and to remove entry barriers for space applications. She has been selected to speak at a number of presigious events including the IAC World Space Week within the Space Science Symposium and the International Astronautical Congress in Baku where she covered a number of subject areas including; space exploration and education opportunities, tackling cosmic pollution, long-term sustainability in space and the potential use of space-based technologies to address the energy problems on Earth.
