EIT Health is setting up the WorkInHealth Foundation to support all stakeholders of the health sector to attract, recruit, train and retrain talents in healthcare innovation, to boost the attractiveness of the sector for new talent, and to support its transformation.
We will gather speakers from industries and academia to discuss the talent crunch and skills needs in Europe.
We will look at the biomanufacturing talent gap in Europe, the challenges in regulatory skills need post MDR, how a talent strategy enables start-ups growth, share the perspectives of young talent with EIT Health’s Alumni Community.

In this roundtable we will gather industry and academia to look at the digital skills gap and how to accelerate training.

The EU MDR has highlighted a significant talent and skills shortage, both for companies and notified bodies generating delays in the procedure CE-marked approval. This session will discuss how to train more professionals in medical and regulatory affairs.
