About this event
This session is a train the trainer session where the CareBridge trainer will train you on how to train your caregiver staff on downloading the mobile application, registering, logging into and using the Mobile Application as well as the requirements of and how to use Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Staff in your agency who will be training caregivers on how to record and document their visits should attend this session.
