This training webinar is an overview of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements and the CareBridge EVV Mobile Application and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) process for CCO caregivers. It will introduce and demonstrate how to use the CareBridge Mobile Application and IVR to check in and out of appointments, properly document services, and manage billing.
