About this event
This session will be focused on empowering participants to gain confidence and momentum in their advocacy. It will highlight the tangible skills that educators already use every day; and how those skills can be applied to advocacy contexts, to bring care-based activism to vivid life in our communities.
Key Learnings:
Participants will:
1. Gain an understanding of the practical skills required to incorporate advocacy into their work.
2. Be able to effectively analyse their own skills and strengths, and plan strategies that are rooted in care, relationship-building, and storytelling.
