CDRCP invites you to their event

Exploring Characteristics and Practices of Boards that are Well Maintained and Protected - Part 1

About this event

Every non-profit Board of Directors has the responsibility to ensure that their organization is well governed, well-managed, and well protected (physically, legally and financially).  Well maintained Boards ensure creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote planning and protection for the organization at large.  Together we will explore concrete characteristics of Boards that are well maintained and protected.  We will also take a closer look at the Board’s obligation to succession planning through the lens of your Duty of Care and Duty of Obedience obligations.
