Leading from Values: How Does Learning Happen for Leaders

This 1.5-hour professional learning session invites Early Childhood leaders and educators in Ontario to deepen their understanding of How Does Learning Happen? (HDLH?) as a values-based framework for leadership. Participants will explore how the four foundations- Belonging, Well-being Engagement, and Expression- can guide decision-making, strengthening team culture , and foster integrity in practice.

Through a blend of presentation, interactive dialogue, and reflective activities, leaders will connect their personal leadership values to the pedagogical approaches in HDLH?, gaining tools to navigate challenges with clarity and purpose. By anchoring leadership practices in shared values, participants will leave with strategies to inspire teams, cultivate alignment , and lead with confidence.
