Toddlers are whole-body explorers. They are curious, busy, and eager to test out new ideas. This webinar offers Early Childhood Educators practical tools and inspiration to harness toddler energy through loose parts play. Educators will consider toddler development, including fine motor, gross motor, emerging language, and imaginative play. In this webinar, participants will:
● Explore the theory behind loose parts and how to embrace chaos when incorporating them into toddler spaces
● Consider different types of loose parts that promote emerging language and imaginative play
● Create engaging provocations that support toddlers’ development, including both gross and fine motor skills
