The recognition that children of all ages need to spend more time outdoors playing in and with nature is growing. For infants and toddlers to fully experience the benefits of outdoor play, educators need to overcome barriers to embrace the developmental and learning affordances of winter. This webinar will focus on the importance of outdoor play, provide suggestions for winter nature invitations and discuss ways to address barriers.
