About this event

This webinar introduces the 5 Domains of Self-Regulation and the 5-Step Shanker Method® along with practical strategies for reducing and alleviating stress in early childhood settings. We will identify signs of stress behaviours and stressors associated with each domain, explore practical strategies to reduce stress in the biological, emotional, cognitive, social, and prosocial domains, and learn strategies that can help children calm down and/or find energy; according to the needs of the situation.
