About this event
This playshop for beginner to advanced learners will explore: the connections to theories of Culturally Relevant Pedagogy as it relates to math programs in the early years, examples of hands-on experiences using open-ended materials and tools that will support mathematical thinking, and how Culturally Relevant Pedagogy can be infused into a play-based learning approach that supports early mathematical process.
