About this event
Welcoming environments for Preschool and Kindergarten children spark their curiosity, exploration and are arranged to invite initiative taking within environments with clearly defined zones, many small play spaces, and organized storage that provides for a variety of intriguing play choices. In this workshop, participants will gain insight for arranging environments for preschool and kindergarten children and discuss the benefits of using validated environmental assessment tools to ensure high quality programs. In this webinar, participants will learn: 1. Identify several ways environments meet the developmental needs of Preschool and Kindergarten children.2. Explore spaces and arrange materials that invite exploration and peak curiosity. 3. Discuss the benefits of using validated environmental assessment tools to ensure high quality programs.
