CDRCP invites you to their event

Thriving as an ECE - Putting Power Behind Being a Professional

About this event

Hit the ground running with ECE leader, Carla Ward as she dives deep into the ins and out of the Early Childhood Education field. This live workshop is for new early childhood educators, either starting out or only a few years into their practice. Educators will get insight into what it means to be an Early Childhood Professional using the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as their guide. We will look at the importance of creating meaningful relationships with families and their children. As well as how to build those relationships through observation, documentation and reflective practices. Educators will leave the workshop with tools on how to avoid burnout in the early childhood field, allowing them to be the best educators they can be for the children in their program.
