CDRCP invites you to their event

Triggering Happy Brain Chemicals in Children - Part 2

About this event

When you feel good it is because you are using one of the happy brain chemicals. Happy brain chemicals are triggered through a positive mindset. We are able to develop new habits for ourselves and that boost happy hormones and promote wellbeing. Every child has their own unique potential; understanding how to trigger happy brain chemicals in children increases self-esteem, improves relationships, strengthens a positive outlook on life; encouraging them to face the future with confidence. This workshop will examine the four happy brain chemicals and the purpose they serve so we can help children flourish to their fullest potential.
