Verbs as Projects

Verbs are action words and children use their full bodies to learn, so why do we use nouns for our project work?  Children are fully engaged in our project work with their minds, thinking and physical body.  Verbs move, verbs have life and verbs construct meaning for children.  We will explore stories from The Sunflower School and how we transformed nouns into verbs for project work.  We will work on nouns and convert them into verbs.  Nouns for project work is linear and one -dimensional.  How do we plan with children and engage in the verb? How do we create the culture of questions for children?  I will share beautiful classroom projects of verbs like transforming, transporting and magical thinking.
