About this event

An estimated 1.2 million children & youth in Canada are affected by mental health issues. 17% of children ages 2-5 years meet diagnostic criteria for mental health problems. Does nutrition matter for mental health? Many children are overfed and undernourished. They are missing adequate key nutrients for healthy development and function. Jon Amy as she shares recent research and strategies to promote mental health through healthy eating and lifestyle.
