About Mary Vance

Cemplicity Co-Founder, Mary Vance, has a long career in market and social research, focusing solely on healthcare since 2011. This dedication to healthcare is crucial as Mary understands the pressure on frontline teams and how to create feedback loops from patients without adding to administration or workload pressures.

She has spent the last five years working with UK and Irish clients out of the London office, immersed in what is one of the most advanced PRO markets in the world. Here she has had the opportunity to challenge UK PRO thought leaders to adopt digital approaches to realise the opportunities that can come from real-time, wide-scale PROMs. At the same time, she has learned about the practical barriers to integrating PROMs into clinical pathways, resulting in the emergence of some unique ‘applied PROMs’. She looks forward to sharing these exciting wins and battle scars in this webinar.
