About this workshop :
What does it take to build a team composed of different personalities with complementary skillsets around a common set of values, and how can these values be identified, articulated, then communicated effectively to positively impact talent attraction/retention and business development.
Session plan :
Identify and define the core values and noble cause of a project/startup/founder and elaborate a corresponding powerful vision statement (the WHY). Determine a corresponding mission statement as a concrete execution of the vision (the HOWs). Develop a coherent value proposition as a result of the mission and inspired by the vision (the WHATs), all aligned in a meaningful way. Elaborate a comprehensive communication that will inspire inwards and outwards while reflecting such alignment between vision, mission, value proposition.

CEOs, startup founders, C-level officers, general and entity managers
Presentation of the speaker : WISCOUR-CONTER Pascal
An entrepreneur from Luxembourg who spent 20 years abroad, amongst others in the USA, inceptor of the Luxembourg maritime registry for megayachts. Besides mentoring startups, notably at the UNI Luxembourg incubator, Pascal also works as advisor with other startups and established companies, mostly focusing on strategy, business development, storytelling, organizational culture, talent attraction and retention. He is also communication faculty at the MBA program with HEC Liège Luxembourg where he teaches the Strategic Communication course.
