#ReAct - Insolvency in Luxembourg: A Guide for Struggling Businesses

About this event

In the current public health crisis, businesses are facing unprecedented challenges and many companies are expected to be in financial distress in the short to mid-term.

Our expert, Antoine Laniez, Litigation Partner at NautaDutilh Luxembourg, will address a number of practical considerations in this regard and how to react when faced with the risk of insolvency. This pragmatic webinar will also shed light on the differences between the various types of insolvency proceedings, recommended courses of action, the risks (for both the company and its directors and managers), clawback actions and post-insolvency consequences.

#ReAct
