Johanna Michielin has more than 10 years of experience in technology transfer and ecosystem building for start-ups. She led during five years the technology transfer office of the French National Center for Scientific Research and launched a program dedicated to researchers to foster the emergence of deeptech start-ups. She then joined Biolabs, an international network of co-working facilities for lab-based startups, and currently home for over 380 startups. She leads the expansion of Biolabs in France, with two new sites opening in Ile-de-France in the coming year.
Charlotte has 15 years of experience in real estate/asset management on French office market. Charlotte began his career in 2006 as real estate asset manager at Covivio, a French real estate quoted company for 6 years, in charge of office and logistic assets. Then, Charlotte spent 2 years at Credit Agricole Immobilier. During this period, she worked with institutional investors (Predica, Caisse des dépôts, CNP assurances…) on office and commercial real estate. In 2014, she was recruited by Cleaveland. Since then, she has been working as a senior asset manager on offices/logistic assets, several development projects and acquisitions. Charlotte has a master degree in finance and real estate from Dauphine University in Paris.
Marcus is Director Key Projects at Kadans Science Partner, Europe's leading investor, developer and operator of Life sciences, health and technology districts. Marcus has an extensive background in the development of commercial and cultural real-estate and activating communities. He pioneered the coworking industry in the Netherlands when he independently developed 9 shared office operations between 2008 and 2013. He founded CIC’s (world’s leading innovation ecosystem /shared-offices and -labs operator) first centre outside of the USA and still leads their expansion efforts in Europe. Marcus was part of a small (3 person) elite team (O-team) initiated by the minister of Infrastructure in the Netherlands to support cities in the Netherlands in solving stagnated highly complicated inner city planning and multi-stakeholder development.
