CDE Webinar Series : Information Management - Common Data Environment

Many sectors are on the move toward digital transformation, and the time has come to develop a real digital strategy for the construction industry. Setting up a Common Data Environment (CDE) to collect, manage, and disseminate data and project information throughout the project lifecycle is gaining traction and attention in the construction industry. With that in mind, CIC has launched a CDE webinar series to introduce commercialised technology solutions to facilitate the implementation of CDE across the industry.

International BIM Standard ISO19650 emphasize a lot on Common Data Environment CDE whereas not only serving as an information repository but a complete Information Management Workflow through the whole Project Life Cycle from Client Requirements, Design, Construction and Operation Phases.

In this webinar, we look at CDE from different stakeholders’ angles and rethink what and how a CDE should be, and what functions should CDE serve.
