The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has been promoting and facilitating the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and related technologies in the industry, including for the operations and maintenance stage, which normally spends the longest timeframe in the lifecycle of a project/ built asset.
The aim of the webinar is to share practical experiences gained and lessons learnt in the implementation of BIM and Internet of Things (IoT) for asset management and facility management in the CIC-Zero Carbon Park (CIC-ZCP).
Representatives from the Estate Office Department and Construction Digitalisation Department of the CIC, as well as our contractors for BIM, IoT and Estate Office Management Systems will present.
