Construction Industry Council invites you to their event

CIC Webinar – Pay for Safety Scheme

About this event

The Government has implemented the Pay for Safety Scheme (PFSS) since 1993. After putting it into practice for 20 years, the construction industry is well aware of the importance of the site safety measures of PFSS to the construction safety.

Although the accident rate has significantly improved since the launch of the PFSS, the number of fatal accidents remains high. Hence, the Construction Industry Council (CIC) has developed its PFSS that focused on high-risk activities, and has adopted this scheme as a trial for CIC’s renovation works in 2019. The representative of the CIC, the project consultant and the contractor will share experiences gained in implementing this scheme and the good practices induced.
