香港交易及結算所有限公司於2019年修訂了主板及創業板上市規則條文，在環境、社會及管治(ESG)方面加設強制披露要求。為加強業界對ESG的認識，以及協助建造業上市公司達到ESG績效表現的披露要求，建造業議會將舉辦「企業環境、社會及管治網上研討會 暨 建造業環境、社會及管治報告服務啟動儀式」。
建造業議會即將推出「建造業環境、社會及管治報告服務」，為從事建造業相關業務的公司及機構提供其參與議會ESG相關活動和服務的年度報告，概括其ESG相關參與情況及關鍵績效數據，使到上市公司更易於掌握其ESG方面的表現，有助撰寫其企業的ESG報告。

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has effected the 2019 amendments on mandatory Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) disclosure in its listing rules for both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market. To enhance the construction industry’s awareness of ESG and facilitate ESG disclosure by listed companies, the CIC is holding the Webinar on Corporate ESG Practice and the Launch Ceremony of CIESG Reporting Service (CIESG Reporting Service).
The CIC is launching the CIESG Reporting Service to offer companies and organisations in the construction industry an annual report of their participation in ESG related CIC activities and services. Listed companies could monitor their ESG performance and compile their own ESG report based on the information provided in the CIESG Report.
