註冊專門行業承造商制度 - 重要里程與前瞻 The Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme – Milestone and Foresight

專門承造商在香港建造業扮演着重要的角色，無論在工地安全、工程質量和生產力，專門承造商均是站在最前線。提升專門承造商的專業水平是建造界的共同目標。

今次的CIC Power Talk建造業議會主席陳家駒先生、註冊專門行業承造商制度專責委員會主席陳志超工程師、發展局首席助理秘書長（工務）4 何英傑工程師、註冊專門行業承造商聯會會長陳落齊先生、香港建造商會會長林健榮測量師，以及香港機電工程商聯會會長潘樂祺工程師，將會就註冊專門行業承造商制度的前瞻及專業發展互相交流。何英傑工程師亦會講解《認可公共工程承建商名冊》及《認可公共工程物料供應商及專門承造商名冊》管理規則的修訂。

Specialist contractors have been playing a vital role in the construction industry as they stand right at the forefront in assurance of construction safety, quality and productivity. Uplifting professional standard of specialist contractors is a common goal in the construction industry.

In this webinar, Mr. CHAN Ka-kui, Chairman, Construction Industry Council, Ir CHAN Chi-chiu, Chairperson, Committee on Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme, Ir HO Ying-kit, Tony, Principal Assistant Secretary (Works) 4, Development Bureau, Mr. CHAN Lok-chai, President, Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Federation, Sr LAM Kin-wing, Eddie, President, Hong Kong Construction Association, and Ir POON Lock-kee, Rocky, President, The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors will exchange ideas on the prospect and professional development of the Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme (RSTCS). Ir HO Ying-kit, Tony will also elaborate the revision on the rules for administration of the “List of Approved Contractors for Public Works” and “List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works”.
