When Zach Lebovics first started leading Tonal’s Content Experience team, their work lived in fickle spreadsheets and fragmented tools, like Jira and Figma. As collaboration points increased, so did misalignment, which meant things got done with a lot more turbulence than needed. Zach’s team needed a solution that would keep them in lockstep and adapt to everyone’s unique workflows.
So he built a team hub, and gave everyone the best of both worlds: the autonomy to work how they want, but in a way that builds alignment across the org.
